How we work

Initial consultation (45 minutes)
Comprehensive discussion of your health history, current concerns, lifestyle context, and what you're hoping to achieve or understand.

Investigations
Hormone panels (testosterone, cortisol, thyroid), metabolic markers, cardiovascular risk assessment. We test selectively based on clinical picture, not rigid protocols.

Treatment options
May include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) when medically appropriate, thyroid optimisation, metabolic interventions, or lifestyle modification with structured support. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively, with full discussion of benefits, risks, and alternatives.

Ongoing monitoring
Quarterly reviews to assess response, adjust treatment, and ensure safety. Medications requiring monitoring (including TRT) may involve additional blood tests at appropriate intervals.
