The doctors behind the clinic

Two NHS GPs. A gap in the system. And a decision to fill it.

We built Bespoke Health Clinic because we kept seeing the same thing, patients whose NHS care was appropriate, but whose results left no room to go further.
"Normal bloods" Satisfactory care.

But not optimal health.

The NHS is exceptional at what it does: treating acute illness, managing chronic disease, keeping people safe. What it doesn't have is time

Time to explore early markers, look beyond the threshold, and support people who aren't sick yet but can feel they're heading there.

That's the space Bespoke works in.
Not instead of the NHS.
Alongside it.

Our Mission

Empowering health through prevention, personalized care, and evidence-based solutions and ensure your years are lived in good health..

Our Vision

Normal is not the same as optimal. We don't just check results for disease — we look at what's trending, what's suboptimal, and what's quietly heading in the wrong direction.

You shouldn't need five different specialists. Hormones, metabolism, thyroid, weigh, these systems are connected. We treat them that way.

We're not anti-NHS.
We're pro-prevention.
We both work in the NHS and we're proud to. It's brilliant at acute and chronic care. We work in the preventative space it simply doesn't have the time or funding to reach.

Who are we?

"I refuse to let my children watch it happen to me."

I was nearly 16 stone. Then I developed an

unprovoked DVT (a blood clot) in my arm, so rare my

consultants could not explain it. The protocol: a full

body scan. They were looking for cancer.

I lay in hospital with a young child at home, not

knowing if everything was about to change. The scan

was clear. But I realised that I had been waiting for

something to go wrong instead of making sure it never does.

I went deeper into preventative and metabolic health.

What I found explained everything. Inflammatory

markers silently elevated.

I lost just over 4 stone. Not willpower. Understanding.

My children now race me in the garden. That is what

health looks like when it is lived, not just talked about.

I grew up watching my parents' generation develop

the conditions I now diagnose daily. It is not inevitable. It is preventable.

As a GP Trainer, I teachthe next generation that lifestyle medicine is not a five-minute add-on. It is the core of the consultation.

Dr Ahluwalia
"I am now the mother I wanted to be.
And I built this clinic so you can close that gap too."

I was nearly 15 stone at 5 foot 2. When I became

pregnant, I developed pre-eclampsia which is strongly

linked to excess weight. My daughter was born at 32

weeks and went straight to NICU. I sat beside an

incubator and wondered: would this have been

different?

Nothing I tried lasted. Then came the moment I could

not ignore; during soft play, my children wanting me to

follow them, while I was too scared I would not fit

through the equipment. Watching my own children

play without me.

I went beyond my GP training into longevity and

lifestyle medicine, and nutrition. I found a gap between

what routine testing shows and what is actually

happening inside the body; a gap my patients were

falling through too.

From nearly 15 stone to 8 and a half stone. Not

willpower. Understanding. That is now the foundation

of every programme at Bespoke Health Clinic.
